All Around Cleaning

I scheduled On a friday before I was having friends over. They called on Thursday and said my cleaner was sick. Understandable. But when I called to get someone else, the owner was not very friendly about it, but then offered an extra half hour of cleaning pro bono. Sunday the lady calls and says she will be here between 8 and 9. Monday rolls around at 10, I finally call her. She says she is about 30 minutes away. Finally after 11, she shows up. The lady was very nice. And did what I thought was a good job. Then I found comet stuck under everything in my son's bathroom where it hadn't been removed properly... not a huge deal, I just wiped it off. Then about 3 or 4 days later, I notice these scrub scratch marks on the front of my black refridgerator. I tried removing them... but they are definately scratches. So I call the owner, No answer. When she finally calls back, she is very rude, and tells me that she will have the cleaner call me in 10 minutes. after about four hours, I call owner back. No answer... surprise, surprise. Then the next day, I finally get a call back. She totally wouldn't admit fault. and the most she could offer was to have someone come out and turtle wax my fridge every 3 months! Ha! I found that extremely ridiculous! So now, I am having to get my insurance company deal with theirs. I WOULD NEvER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANOTHER DIME! Aweful... and extremely unprofessional.
