The cleaning was adequate, nothing special. On more than one occasion she did not show up on time, or at all, and did not inform me until the following day or later that she wasn't coming.

Compared to other cleaning services (The Maids, Merry Maids, etc) A1 is an excellent value. You don't have the certainty of always having someone since it is a small operation who doesn't hire just anyone, but the trade off is well worth it. I haven't had any problems since I began using A1 and enjoy not being part of some big cleaning company.
