Provider has first class customer service, but tv freezes often and internet is overpriced and upload speeds are throttled greatly you must pay more to have a usable upload and way overpriced but this is cause the only alternatives in the area are satellite and cable is almost non existent in this area. Once again I will say the customer service is FIRST CLASS so if you figure that in overall its not so bad, but I was a fiber tech for years in Boston area and was involved in the build out of Verizon Fios in the metro area so I am well aware of what the network is capable of and while their pricing to speed price point is overpriced, the 1 meg upload on fiber internet is just robbery and I was forced to pay more to have a usable upload (which is only 3 meg now).
But like I said before you are paying for the customer service they are extremly responsive and amazingly friendly

I have been using them for five years. They are the only landline or Internet provider in the area. We have no choice. The bandwith isn't good. We live in a very rural area. We chose to live here, so we put up with it.
