We have a main unit that was installed in 1994 and they have maintained that system for us. I don't remember the cost my wife says it was reasonable. It was done very quickly. It was like bam bam and the unit was in. They did ducting too. It took them about 2 days. It was one day to do the duct work to accommodate the space and then it took one guy to install the big unit. He bolted it in, in a couple of hours. It was entirely professional. They are not cheap but you get good value. Sometimes I have to call them twice but that is in the busy season.

We have a split system so they replaced one thermostat and upgraded another one. They are not cheap but the equipment is good. They install Train products. So it is very reliable. We certainly won't use someone who wouldn't perform for us. They know what they are doing. They relate to their customers, we have a good relationship with them.When we run into them in town we always stop and chat. Yes, we will use them in the future.

They were fantastic.  They came out the very next day, they located the problem, and they showed me how to do maintenance to my system.  They were very efficient and very quick; they were on top of their game.  I carry their card so I can recommend them.  They did outstanding work, they arrived when they said they would, they charged exactly what they said they would, and they found the problem immediately.  As soon as I explained it to him he knew exactly where to look.
