Window Service
Windows did OK. However, the French door didn't fit. We had already waited 6 weeks for completion of custom windows and doors. The door was left incomplete with insulation and wood shims sticking out while we waited for a week for the service mgr to come out and look at it. He didn't offer apologies, just said nobody is perfect and these things happen. Then tried to talk me into accepting the misfit French door with shims and extra molding to hide the problem on my "Custom Door". Didn't even offer a price adjustment. Waited 2 more months for the problem to be corrected. Mind you, this was in the depth of winter with an ill fitting French door. NOT CHEAP...Paid premium price for quality work. Didn't get it. Sent in a bad review to the company with NO positive result.
