Apartments
Water pooling under floors and in foundation of buildings
Settling of buildings caused cracks in sidewalks, tilting floors inside apartments.
Mold collected in carpet inside apartment unit.
Bugs: centipedes by the millions came in through gaps in exterior of buildings into apartments. Bugs (not only centipedes, but spiders, slugs, beetles) crawled everywhere inside units, including back portions of units.
Property refused to treat any street or sidewalk during 2014-2015 winter storms. Ice remained dangerous and impassable for weeks. Tenants (myself included) could not drive to work, lost wages, could not get out of their units to even walk on the sidewalk. Many people fell.
Management did NOTHING to clean, manage, repair, prevent any of the above mentioned problems. This is a horrible living environment and if anyone is considering moving in, they need to know what they are getting themselves into. I have moved from this horrifying place as a result of these issues and I have found a property just a stone's throw from The Venue which is managed beautifully. No one needs to live at The Venue.
