I paid $160 per diagnostic charge, total of $420 just to get them to look at the areas quoted above. The recall on airbags was not explained to me, just said it it's not covered by the airbags, we'll charge you the $160 fee to see why the light stays on. After making a 1:00 appointment was too that I would need to leave my car for the next day (a Friday). Waited 'til 2:00 on Friday to call was told I would get a call back. At 4:30 I called and they said they had called me that morning to tell me about the work/cost. No record of the call. When complained about this, was told I could just come get my car (as in we don't want or need your business (John Kuykendahl was my service "adviser". I said I've committed the better part of two days I would like at least SOMETHING repaired on my car. He talked down to me and said "hey, we need to keep this positive," and as I felt like he was chastising me for having concerns/complaints, I asked to speak to a service manager, Jordan (no last name was given). Jordan said the wiper motor which was the only service I felt educated enough about to pay would either be on Saturday or Tuesday. Got a call back Saturday (now I'm up to 3 days dealing with this service department) stating the part wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I had planned the work during a week off from work and now was committed to dealing with this during a work week. I picked my car up Saturday afternoon and found red shop rags still laying on the passenger side seat. ON top of this were two parts to my car, a large 2 X 3 foot metal plate and a plastic bar shaped item about 18 inches by 4 inches. When I asked why they were not put back on my car, was told I should be okay without them until I came back to get the windshield wiper repaired. SHOULD... I came back on Wednesday had the work done, paid $500 (a reduced fee due to my inconvenience). Drove the car a few days and the interval wipers DO NOT WORK. I tried calling the service manager, Stephen Burke, and have yet to get a call back from him a week and a half later. A few other concerns I have were how many 2 out of 3 of the employees I dealt with bragged about how much sleeping they were able to get done on the job. Seriously? I mean I do understand let's make a bridge, a "hey I've ben there" relationship with the customer, but bragging about sleeping on the job. Kuykendal joked that he was often caught sleeping in the chairs in the customer lounge, they were THAT comfortable, and my driver who complimentarily drove me home, said he was sorry for the delay but when they called him he was asleep in the van in the parking lot... I've read numerous reviews about this dealership online and feel the response sounds good from the general manager, but do not have a great deal of faith in him based on the lack of professionalism and downright fraud (charging me for work that wasn't done) of his service department. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Nashville, as well.

I was so mad that I had to pay $200 to have my gas cap replaced, and it took them 3 hours to figure out the gas cap needed replacing. They said that they had to charge a high price because of all the tests that they ran. I won't be returning!

My wife and I bought a 2012 RAV4 from this dealership in June 2012. I do believe we could have gotten a better price on this vehicle if we shopped a little harder, but we decided to purchase from TCS because we felt truly valued as customers and wanted to have the vehicle serviced over its lifetime by people we thought we could trust...We have not been disappointed! The people we have worked with in their service department have been awesome. Employees go above and beyond to provide us with an exceptional level of customer service. Waiting area is complete with comfy chairs, free wifi, and complimentary coffee. They also have a shuttle service available to take you to work if you're dropping your vehicle off if your workplace is within 10 miles of the dealership.

Had to order the part in advance, not in stock (no problem). It was here the next day.
The Service Manager told me over the phone that it would take only an hour to replace.
Made an appointment.
When dropping the car off, the attendant said that it would take 3-4 hours, but she would see who was handling the account and have them contact me.
John K (service manager) contacted me and said that it would actually take at least 2 hours to repair and I probably couldn't get it back until the end of the day or even the next day. They had some unexpected delays in other car repairs.
That was not what I agreed to and we and quot;discussedand quot; it.
It appeared that all of the individuals connected to this service did not have the same information. Normally, anyone placing my info in the computer would have instant access and a trail. They should also a system in place for closer accuracy with a common repair such as this. The majority of the time you have to go in and they have to inspect and review the issue before giving an estimate, which in most cases is understandable, but not twice as long in my case.
HOWEVER, Just about the time I was ready to deny the repair and go back to retrieve my car, John made things happen and although later than I had hoped in getting my car back that same day, they did honor the original repair price.
He restored my faith in the Dealer repair system.

I walked into their car lot and went to their parts desk, asked if they had parts for a stud for a thermostat hose, mine had broken off. They had to order the part and said it would be in the next day, great! They called me when they got the part in and I went to pick it up (had old stud with me this time). I matched it up with what I had vs what they had ordered, no match! Evidently there's a couple different sized for Camry. They went to the back to check if they had any used parts, sure enough they did, it matched! They handed me two (I only needed one) and they said, and quot;No charge, free because first part ordered didn't work for you.and quot; I thought that was great service and appreciated it, especially since I had trouble finding the part to begin with.
Note, the stud they ordered cost only around $4.00, so still a great price if it would have fit.

It was a horrible experience. I went to purchase another vehicle from them, I had my financing all lined up, and we had agreed on price and the vehicle I was going to buy. I told to come out, sign the paper work, and pick up the vehicle. When I got there I waited 30 minutes, he came back and told me that the vehicle had been sold that morning. He said sorry and maybe I could look at another vehicle. I was thoroughly disgusted and wrote them a letter letting them know. I told them that I would never refer anybody to them. I never got any kind of a response from the owner of the business. I did not matter and it did not matter what kind of experience I had. I was thoroughly disappointed from my standpoint.
