+ -1 moreI can highly recommend The Hot Water Heater Guys... I've been putting off getting my water heater replaced (it was working, but was getting to the end of its useful life), and finally got a few companies to quote a replacement. Robert responded to my request within a couple minutes of me sending it, and the pricing was competitive. They were able to fit me in the following day. They quoted a 15 minute window for starting the job, arrived 5 minutes early, and finished in half the time they had conservatively estimated it would take. After the install was complete, Robert went through all the details of the new heater, submitted the warranty on our behalf, sent me an electronic invoice, and they gave us a fresh loaf of bread and honey as a thank you gift. Oh, and they left the garage cleaner and tidier than they found it. This was an excellent customer experience, and I have no hesitation in recommending Robert and the company.
