Tennessee Paving

Everything started out ok. Showed up and got the job done. After calling and saying I misquoted can you pay me more money. which I completely understkid and did. my mistake. The following day it rained and we saw that the was a huge low spot by the garage. had to call multiple times and finally responds to a text Jacob said I'll get right on it. Three weeks later he shows up and digs a trench about 3' long and quits. Have to call him again to find out "our machine broke" Which just makes the problem worse. fast forward 5 months, weekly calls and ignored texts, and false promises still no shows. So to save people troubles like ourselves. We post a review and Jacob finally responds promising again to be there in the morning to fix it. No shows, no surprise but I reach out. "if you take the review down I'll come fix it." we'll come fix it and I'll gladly make it right. Instead he just says no, that's not how it works. So long story short. Driveway probably has more issues that I know of at the moment. Would not recommend them to even seal coat or repair a driveway because they'll probably mess that up too and then blame the customer for having the audacity to ask for it to be right. But hey, per his last response "he's got to do what's best for his family." which I'm assuming is screwing people out of their money and playing the victim.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you do you will have have a crumbling mess driveway like I do and they run off in the sunset with your money. They WILL NOT honor and warranty work and lie and say they are coming ti make repairs and Jacob is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I have been trying to resolve this with them for almost two years I guess the legal system will just have to resolve where I can receive back my money and have a reputable company redo my driveway.

***** Beware ***** We had Tennessee Paving pave our drive. Jacob and his father Richard left many low spots and rough areas. They assured me that they would fix the poor work. It has been 10 months, multiple promises and many outright lies later and he still will not honor his warranty. I have filed with the BBB and you can see the details there. Hire Jacob at your own risk. If it’s not done right the first time it will be the last time you will see Jacob and Richard.
