Called, was told they could work on computer right away. Took my noisy computer in (my guess was that it was the fan). Received call back in 2 hours - done. Very satisfied. $92 was for $65 labor, 1 hour, and $25 for the part (fan). Rated price as B (good) - not sure what to compare their charges to.

The Computer Doctor is very good. They fixed the problem with my computer after two or three times but they were professional and competent. I am satisfied with their work and my computer works fine now.
