 + -1 moreThoroughly went over all problems and gave specific recommendations. In the end we needed a new unit. They installed and corrected all duct errors with American made product (Rheem/Ruud Equipment). Installed automatic attic fan to alleviate hot air better.
Description of Work: Examined the reason for lack of cool air. Discovered builder errors in setting up unit on second floor and mis-match of duct fittings to AC as well as taping over vent fan.
