About us
Structural Engineering & Inspections, LLC is a boutique structural engineering firm that specializes in residential and light frame commercial construction. We provide forensic inspection services for home or building owners, general contractors, home builders, buyers/sellers in a real estate transaction, banks, mortgage companies, and home warranty companies. We provide forensic reports to assist with construction disputes. We often work with home builders and renovation contractors to design structural elements such as floor joists, beams, load-bearing walls, foundations, basement walls, and site retaining walls for new construction and renovation projects. Our principal has been practicing structural engineering for over 24 years and has been involved in light frame building design and evaluation for over 22 years. There are three registered professional engineers on our team with 55 years combined experience. Our field technician has a Bachelor Degree in Geology and heads up our inspections services for new construction projects. Our friendly office staff is ready to accept your call and answer any questions you may have about our services. They will gather all the information about your project and schedule an appointment with one of our engineers.
