+ -1 moreMark Howell is the man we worked with to get our mortgage. He was great. He was very helpful in explaining everything that we were signing. Everyone we dealt with there was professional and knowledgeable. Mark was able to get us what we think is about the lowest rate going. We didn't even have to pay anything down.
Description of Work: We got our mortgage at SMP Financial. It was not our first one. Everything was explained to us.
