Gary Luther was very responsive and the perfect fit for this job.
Our sub-division had 6 lantern style electric lights that needed replacement with new ones we had bought. Gary quoted me his hourly rate up front and had a very reasonable trip charge and hourly rate. More importantly, he just charged me for the time he was engaged on this project. I sent him pictures of the site and the lanterns and did the assembly of the lanterns before he arrived to make things quicker.
I will definitely be calling him again and HIGHLY recommend him for commercial or residential electrical work!

Gary was ontime, professional and courteous.    He helped me hardwire my dishwasher, too.   :-)
