"Thank You for taking the time to leave a review. It was a pleasure working for you. - Bryan"
Our new bathroom is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the results of this project. All of the people at Sebring Services were a pleasure to deal with starting with Bryan and right through to the supervisor Nancy and the installer Miguel. Nancy made a number of suggestions throughout the project that increased our satisfaction of the final product. Nancy is an absolute professional who was very responsive both on the phone and in responding quickly to emails. Miguel is a hard working and dedicated craftsman that I would be pleased to have do more work for us - he was that good. The tile installer did an exceptional job that we like to show off to others. We are currently in the planning stages of having Sebring come back to remodel our kitchen.
The cost of the project was greatly influenced by the top quality materials we selected such as marble tile, 1/2 inch shower glass, and top of the line Kohler products but we feel our money was well spent. We are very happy with Sebring Services and they have our highest recommendation.
"Thank you for the kind words! We loved working for you and hope to continue in the future. Happy New Year! - Bryan"
"It was a pleasure working for you. Thank you for your business! Bryan"
Sebring Services listened to our needs, offered suggestions and good ideas on the way to proceed with repairs and choice of materials to use. They set up a schedule of work to be done (which we were able to track on the internet) and assigned us a project manager (Percy) who kept us informed and handled any questions or concerns we had. Whenever something unexpected pop up, Percy quickly responded either by phone call, email or coming to our home. The workers were considerate, did a great job and showed up to work when they said they would.
We are very happy with the end product of a beautiful new bathroom.
Once we decided to go with Sebring Construction, Bryan introduced us to our project manager Nancy. We primarily worked with Nancy on a day to day basis through the duration of the project, which ended up going for about 3 months. Bryan was still actively involved in the project, checking in periodically, and addressing any questions or concerns. Nancy was just as great to work with. With my busy work schedule, I was out of town for pretty much every week, only able to check in on the project in person on weekends. If/when challenges came up, Nancy did a fantastic job talking me through the scenarios over the phone. I was initially concerned it would be super-stressful trying to get this project complete while not being present full-time, however Sebring's scheduling process and Nancy's attention to detail helped assure me that the project would be successful.
As with any project, there are always some challenges, and Bryan and Nancy helped minimize the stress level as we worked through them. For example, the original design called for tray ceilings in the basement. Once it was actually framed out, I knew immediately it wasn't the right design decision. I discussed with Nancy and Bryan, and they just rolled with the punches and adjusted the design on the fly to accommodate my request.
Regarding the cost of the project, it was not cheap, however for the amount of work that was performed and the quality of the craftmanship, I think we got a pretty good value. Comparatively speaking, Sebring was on the lower-end of the spectrum, as compared to the other 4 vendors I evaluated. If you want quality work, you're going to have to pay a bit of a premium.
"Thank you for the great review!!! It has been a pleasure working for you and your family! -Bryan"
"Thank you for the review. I hope that our online project scheduling and communication software helped while you were out of the country. You were a pleasure to work for. - Bryan"
"Thanks! As always, it was a pleasure working for you again. Thanks for taking the time to give us a review!"
"Thank you for your business...again! I am so glad we could be part of the surprise project for your husband. -Bryan"
- Sebring Services has been simply outstanding from start to finish with the remodeling of our Master and Hall Bathrooms. Our project involved having electrical, plumbing, and tile work done: all of whom not only did an excellent job but took pride in their work and the final result. Miquel and Alfaro did amazing dry wall work as well as some tiling, carpentry and of course, the "punchlist". They were always courteous, professional and neat! Justin did a wonderful job of preparing the house for the many feet that would be traveling in and out throughout the project, delivered supplies needed for the job at hand and cleared out debris on a daily basis. Keeping the whole show running was our wonderful project manager, Nancy. She kept the project on schedule, informed us of each days plans, responded to phone calls and texts prompltly, helped decide on and implement a few design changes, and handled all glitches and a few delays (on our part) with a smile! It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and her team. I would recommend Sebring Services to anyone who is considering a remodeling project.
"When I started my business 15 years ago, the vision of a customer like you, was the reason why I got into this industry. I hoped to develop long lasting relationships with my customers. After remodeling your basement, your bathrooms and now your entire first floor, I REALLY appreciate your continued business after 8 years! You were a joy to work for...AGAIN!"
"Thank you so much! We all enjoyed working for you! I will be uploading the pictures I took on our Houzz.com page (next week). I appreciate the comment about price. Typically our customers tell us we land in the middle with our price. Our hope is for our clients to realize the value in what we do and understand the savings compared to taking the risk in going with the cheapest bid. Thanks! Bryan"
"It was a pleasure working for you. Thanks for letting us demo the air cleaner. It worked out great. Thank you!"
It was a pleasure to deal with Sebring Services.
Bryan Sebring came to our home, listened to our requests, sent us a preliminary budget by email, met with us again, and then sent us a complete, fully itemized budget. There was no request for money prior to seeing this in depth budget. After we signed the contract, there were only minimal changes made to this original budget, and there was absolutely no nickel and diming. Most other companies requested down payments after only a back of the envelope budget was suggested and before seeing any plans or final budget. Bryan Sebring is an honest man.
Sebring offers tremendous value. We interviewed five companies before choosing them. One company was way too high, and one was too low. Of the remaining three, Sebring Services was about 12% less costly than the other two. The other two have showrooms; Sebring does not. Sebring Services uses small, independent subcontractors, who are all pleasant and skillful and do quality work. The lack of a showroom is not a problem. Sebring will recommend showrooms for cabinets, granite, plumbing fixtures, and tile. The consultants were all quite knowledgeable and helpful. This requires multiple trips, but these showrooms have very extensive choices.
Bryan has two project managers, and one of them will oversee your project. Nancy was assigned to us. She was extremely affable, experienced, and very accommodating. The typical response to our requests was: "Not a problem!"
Sebring has a carpenter named Miguel who is outstanding. He did a great job installing our cabinets and readily helped with other tasks around the house.
As in any major project, we had some snafus, like a lot of damaged cabinets doors, but Sebring would respond by always correcting the problem and making it right. They want a happy customer. Our project lasted longer than originally projected, mostly due to a faulty cabinet order by a subcontractor.
I would highly recommend Sebring Services for any renovation project, and I would use them again. Our renovated home looks beautiful.
"Thanks for the review! It was a pleasure working for you!!! Bryan"
"Thank you for the review! It has been a pleasure to get to know you and your family! Bryan"
Our project manager, Percy, was awesome! He came by the house everyday to check on things and was always a phone call away. Even for a "little" project, I always felt like Percy took the time to make sure everything was professional. This was a huge bonus for me and the main reason I will hire them again.
The end results are beautiful rooms with tons of light that my girls (and myself) absolutely love!!
"Thank you for the feedback!!! We all loved working for you!! Merry Christmas!!"
"Thank you for allowing us to work for you, for a second time. We enjoyed working for you! Bryan"
The quality of the work was excellent and it was obvious the people they contract with are not only skilled, but take great pride in their work. They respected our home during the process, kept noise to a minimum, protected the house from construction dust/dirt as well as they could and were pleasant and professional. This was true of their carpenters, drywallers, tile installer, plumber, electrician and painter.
Nancy Malone was our project director and she was absolutely fantastic!
She was easy to work with, listened to and implemented our design
ideas, checked the work just about daily and made plans for each next
step to happen. She stayed in close contact with us throughout the
project and responded very quickly to any of our text questions. She
was as delighted with the finished project as we were and it was a
pleasure to share the experience with her.
They finished everything on the final checklist to our satisfaction. When Nancy left after the last visit, she said, "We will see you in 10 months." I was surprised and pleased to hear that they do a follow up to make sure all is working and staying as it should be. She said to call if there is anything major before then, otherwise we should make/keep a list if anything needs to be touched up or fixed and it will be taken care of at the next visit.
Although we found Sebring Services on Angie's List, they earned our business by being consistently responsive when we first contacted them and throughout the bidding process and listening intently to our design ideas.
"Your bathroom turned out so great! You were a joy to work for! Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Bryan"
"I was hoping that this project wouldn't be too stressful on you and your busy family, (having newborn twins). I am glad that we didn't add too much stress! I will be calling you to take pictures of your basement soon! Thanks for your review, you were a pleasure to work for!"
"This is the challenge of written schedules and the reason why many other contractors donāt like giving customers written schedules. Every schedule we create has in big bold red lettering: āThis is a tentative schedule used to forecast an order of events to be completed in a timely manner. This schedule may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or situations out of our control.ā But some customers believe that everything is supposed to run perfectly and finish exactly on the date estimated. From material delays to sick employees to inspectors that are having a bad day, delays happen on every project. When we have a delay, we try our best to balance getting the project done quickly and not allowing the quality of craftsmanship to suffer. We have been using schedules since 2005 and find them very helpful in running the day to day progress of a project. After this project was completed, I talked to the homeowner about his concerns and how we could have been better at communicating these delays. So as of January, we started using a new online scheduling and communication system that updates the schedule weekly. It helps communicate all aspects of the project on a regular basis. And we have had rave reviews! A note to the homeowner: I know there were many special circumstances that delayed your project on both of our parts, but I am so glad you love the final result of your beautiful bathroom. I appreciate the feedback. We look at every critical review as way to grow and make us an even better company. Bryan"
"Thank you for the kind words (and the referral to your friend.) It was a pleasure working for you.- Bryan"
