Welcome to Sebring Design Build, we were founded in 1999 and are currently located in Franklin, Tennessee. We offer a full range of home home remodeling and design services, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing and basement remodeling. We are focused on building long lasting relationships and providing a seamless turn-key experience for our clients in the Nashville suburbs. Design is at the center of our process with our designers to help guide our clients through the selection process. Our dedicated project managers, combined with our online scheduling and messaging interface ensure every project runs smoothly from the start to completion. We are a design build company who appreciates all the components of construction and would love to hear from you about the project you are considering!

As soon as I had a meeting with Bryan Sebring and he drew up an initial proposal, I knew I was done shopping for contractors. When you meet someone that you know you can trust implicitly to assist you with major decisions and send you to good suppliers, and whose staff you can trust in your house for 8 weeks without any homeowner supervision, your decision transcends price. There is no value at all to a lower priced contractor who you do not trust 150%. Bryan, and his entire staff including carpenters, office personnel, and sub-contractors, were on time, tidy, considerate, and helpful. Every one of them went out of their way to assist in any way possible every day throughout the remodeling process. Bryan drew up a time line for the project, and stuck to it, including every sub-contractor. It was 8 weeks, start to finish, and I lived in the unit the entire time. They were always respectful of my need to have electricity and plumbing available at the end of each day. Bryan, while very personable, is also extremely professional. His billing is accurate and specific. You know exactly what dollar amounts are due on which dates well in advance. The only overages came from my decisions during the process to add something extra. I would recommend Sebring Services WITHOUT RESERVATION for any remodeling project, whether it be an entire house, a kitchen, a basement, or a tear-down. He is a credit to the profession.

ELECTRICAL FIXTURE WAS ON BACK ORDER AND SUPPLIER NEGLECTED TO COMMUNICATE IT TO US, SEEBRINGS WAS JUST STARTING A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM AND INDICATED THEY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

EXCELLENT DESIGN AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. FOLLOW UP WAS EXQUISITE. VERY POLITE, CONTRACTORS CLEANED UP WELL. EVERYTHING IN WRITING, AND NO SURPRISES. HE DID TWO OTHER BASEMENTS, ON MY REFERRAL, WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS, RIGHT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

SEBRING SERVICES FINISHED MY BASEMENT IN MY LAST HOME IN NAPERVILLE. THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER BASEMENT I HAVE SEEN.
