Made an apt with Safedry to clean carpets. Was told on the phone that they were running a special and that they would do the whole house for $164.00. I tried to explain I had a large house but the phone rep said that was not an issue. I made the apt and moved all my furniture around and vacuumed the carpets in preparation. They show up and start measuring the rooms. I asked why are they measuring and not cleaning and they said they had to measure for the price. I said I was told when I scheduled that the cost for everything was $164.00 and he said no it will be $300. I promptly showed them the door and spoke with the manager who did nothing and said he had to charge me the $300. They are definitely running a bait and switch operation at this company.
