Michael is great at squeezing you in to his schedule for a very quick oil change. As a mom of two I appreciate this! There are always cold drinks (or coffee if you prefer) available free while you wait, too. The service is great, and they are more than willing to drop you off somewhere and pick you up when they are finished if you prefer that. This works well for us because we can go and eat downtown Franklin while our car is getting worked on and when we are done eating our car is ready to go:). Highly recommend! I also appreciate the little clear sticker reminder telling me when to get my next oil change.

A family member referred me to this shop. He had a lot of work done there, so I figured he knew what he was talking about. It is a smaller business, so there is no service on the weekends, which can be a small problem, but the service they have done is excellent, and they warranty their work for 3 years. I believe most companies warranty their work for 12 months.
I also obtained a quote from them to help my brother, and their quote was significantly less. However, that was without seeing my brothers vehicle, so they had to go off what I told them.
Over all, I would recommend them, as I will continue to use them for any mechanical work for my own vehicles.
