Professional Roofers came out same day to inspect a chimney leak and they ended up being able to fix the problem on the spot. They were professional and sent me before and after photos of the repair. I will definitely call them in the future.

Jeremy Blount is very knowledgeable and was great in assisting us in our complete roof replacement. We purchased our first home knowing it would need a new roof soon and he was terrific at finding the best price that fit our needs. He was very thorough and made sure we completely understood the process. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with our new roof!

Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty. The warranty alone is worth investing and using Professional Roofers. I had access to the owner of the company at all times. He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question, he was more than happy to answer it for me. If you are looking for commercial work and expect the best, then I would definitely use Professional Roofers.

This company excells in customer service!! They made sure I understood the process and answered any questions. Work and clean up was completed as promised. I am completely satisfied with my new roof! We recently had high winds and I called to discuss an area that looked different to me...they were here to check out my concerns that same morning!!! Professional Roofers sealed the area above the bay window. They worked around my schedule to come out and give an estimate and then to do the repair. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I am very pleased with their work and would utilize them in the future.

Professional Roofers, Inc. installed a new roof for us in 2013. We've had no problems. I called Jeremy last week and asked for an inspection to check things out for loose shingles etc. before winter. This was done yesterday in what seems to me in a timely manner. What I mean by that is that they didn't just blow me off cause I was not going to be a new roof. The inspection was done, pictures taken and I'm grateful they tightened up some gutters and cleaned out the debris. NO upsell attempts... Just checking things out and doing what I think they would do on their own roofs. I'll be calling Professional Roofers, INC for my roof and gutter needs!

This company and especially Jeremy Blount, where by our side during the entire process of dealing with the insurance company and the numerous claim specialists that came to our home to review are roof damage. Professional Roofers were there for it all and represented us as if they were our personal agent to support us and work with the insurance adjusters. Excellent. Price was slightly higher than others, but included more work as Professional Roofers identified issues that others missed (proven with photos). The crew worked tirelessly from 8 am to dusk. Were extremely neat ( i only found 2 dozen nails afterward). Good color selection. Team came back several days after completion for walk around inspection. Truly professionals.

Great. Came the day they said however the job required was worse than first expected so they needed more material to repair. Returned when scheduled and did a great job replacing rotten material and put everything back as it should have been. Cleaned up scraps and bits of insulation that had fallen. Would call these guys again and recommend for sure.

The guys at Pro Roofers are friendly and personable. They provide a lot of education around what is needed and they are definitely affordable for the work they do. We are planning to look into replacing windows with them after the great job they’ve done with our roof.
