Right after moving into our very first home, we faced a massive plumbing emergency that left us overwhelmed and panicked. Another company quoted us over $18,000—something that felt impossible for us to handle, especially during such a stressful time. That’s when Mark came along & saved our lives. Not only did he show up quickly and assess the situation with honesty and care, but he went above and beyond to help us out of the goodness of his heart. Mark and his team at Prodigy plumbing are fantastic! Him and his team helped hydroclean a poor flowing drain in our house. They are so knowledgeable! If you need plumbing work done especially with drain clean and underground pipes these are the guys! I saw the camera after they cleaned the drain and it looked brand new on 20yr old pipe!

I was promised to receive an inspection video from a service this April. To my disappointment, the video has never been shared with me after the service was paid. There were kinds of exuses after I reminded him by text messages. Not comfortable to order his service anymore. Update on 5/7/2025: Finally I received the promised video after posting my concern here. There was no any communication barrier at all (same phone number was used from the beginning to the end). I have been working with a lot of contractors/service providers for the past ten years without any issue. I changed the score from 1 to 4 to reflect that my requirement as a customer is simple to meet.

Mark is the best ! I am so very proud I called them and he took care of my plumbing problem immediately. Very nice, so knowledgeable and honest. I could never figure out why I always had a sewer smell coming through my floors. I had a clogged drain and called a different plumbing company ( My mistake) although they did get it unclogged but I still needed more work. I called Prodigy to get a quote and Mark showed up the same day. He set up the camera and walked me through everything that he saw. After he inspected he also informed me that the pipes installed were not up to code. I was informed of my quote on Friday and they were here on Monday. I learned alot from Mark, and Erik Espinoza. And I so much appreciate the lesson and information. Thank you so very much. I will be using Prodigy again but then again I hope not!!!
