My husband bought a living social deal for this company in November 2012 as a present for the new home we purchased. I called this company to set up an appointment. Someone would answer the phone, ask for my information, then state someone would call me back to schedule a time to come clean our house. No one ever called us back! I called multiple times. I wanted to use the service we paid for in advance for our housewarming party. I was unable to get a response by that desired time. After calling at least 2-3x per month to try to schedule, I was finally fed up. Our living social deal expired. So I contacted living social. Living social said the company had not contacted them back either. Finally, 11 months later I was able to speak with a woman who said she was the manager. She scheduled a time for my cleaning then NEVER SHOWED UP! I contacted the manager again. She said she had no record of my phone calls or scheduling the appointment with me. I was furious.
 The "manager" said she would come out herself to clean our home and give a free cleaning on top of that. So I scheduled the cleaning. Two women showed up who did not speak any English showed up at my door. I was unable to communicate how and what I needed cleaned. It was not the manager who gave me her word she would clean my house. They finally cleaned my house almost one year later. I have called and called to get the free cleaning as I was promised by the manager. I never received that free cleaning. 
 This so called company is unreliable. I almost lost $200 because we paid upfront. I feel like this company tried to steal our oney and take advantage of us. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company. Word to the wise, stay far away & call someone else!
