If you have mold problems, the best solution is Natural Mold Solution. We looked at several mold remediation companies and the only ones that made any sense at all, were these guys. They use non-toxic sprays to remove the mold and then encapsulate the crawlspace. Then a commercial grade dehumidifier is installed. BAM!! Problem solved. If it sounds simple, that's because it is. Michael, Rob, Steve and the boys do great work. Sometimes the best solution, is the simplest solution. These guys get the job done.

Michael and Rob came out promptly after contact. Upon hearing my crawlspace/health concerns relative to mold Michael described a plan of action. He examined my crawlspace and sent a sample to be tested. Fogging was done and the dehumidifier was installed within a short period.Area was actually left cleaner than it was. Rob, Michael and their team were efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

We had remodeled an older home and suspected possible mold in the encapsulated crawlspace. We had the home checked for mold and there was some. We hired Natural Mold Solutions to do the remediation and were impressed by the professionalism and the thoroughness of the cleaning. They cleaned the areas and then fogged the entire crawl. What I was most pleased with was the way Rob and Michael explained the entire process without using scare tactics or upselling. I would feel comfortable referring others to this company without hesitation.

Once Natural Mold Solutions finished the underside of the house looked like brand new. I also like the fact that they use non-toxic solutions. I would highly recommend.

Very quick to respond to initial request and quick to schedule work. Showed up on time; very thorough, and kept me updated throughout process. It's been a week since the work was performed and I've not noticed any damp, musty smell (during a particularly raining season), so this has apparently done the trick!

In my purchase, I specified desired times and requested they call to arrange for their visit. I never received a call and I even went back into my Angie's List account and emailed them on 10/18/2016 and still no response. I have since dealt with my issue and simply would be pleased to be refunded my $29.00 purchase price.

Michael was very kind, thorough, and timely when I needed answers regarding the source of the health issues I was experiencing with the condo I was leasing in Brentwood from PGL Enterprises LLC. He was able to diagnose within a day, what kind of mold we had and its severity. I immediately vacated the property to avoid continued mold exposure. Michael was available to answer any questions I had regarding my results. I plan on using him again should the need arise. Rob and Michael provided amazing service. I called and they were here within an hour to address our mold issue. They identified the problem and remediated the mold - all during one visit. And best of all, their products are safe and non-toxic. The price was extremely reasonable, the service was professional, and they were a delight to deal with.

He didn't do anything. He looked in my bathroom and asked if I had a basement. I told him no and he left. He said there was nothing for him to do. He was here for maybe 10 minutes. No treatment of anything. He was a nice man though.

Rob and Mike could not have been more accommodating. Rob patiently listened to my concerns and explained the process to me and what my options were. Rob and Mike came out on time, did what needed doing and even went over and above to accommodate me. I was able to stay in my house the whole time they were here, there were no fumes during or since and I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel much better about finally having taken care of this, rather than feel like I had a monster lurking in the basement.
