They provide good services at a good, fair price. It's about $20 a day. She was there for about a total of fourteen days. For professionalism, give them a B. I did have one little glitch so I'm not gonna give them total A's. They forgot to do something; it was nothing major.

Very friendly staff, wonderful facilities, convenient hours. More like a resort than a kennel. A little pricier than other pet boarding services but worth the price. Our pets were well fed, well cared-for, and came home unstressed from their stay. The staff provided a report card on each of the pets to let us know how our pets fared during their stay. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience for Charlie and us. They gave us comfort from the beginning that they would take good care of Charlie. Their facilities were amazing and their staff was even better. Charlie enjoyed himself and we enjoyed our weekend. Overall, an excellent experience.

I always feel like my dog is well taken care of at My Second Home. The staff is very professional and you can call at anytime to get an update on how your dog is doing. You also receive a report card at the end of their stay that discusses how they did and how their temperament/diet/potty habits/etc. were. I have complete peace of mind when my dog is here!

As we are getting a new puppy and wanted to visit several boarding kennels. First My Second Home is not a kennel. It truly is a resort for your pet.. We stopped in on a Sunday when they were very busy. The staff took the time to give us a tour of the facility and answer all our questions. We are excited to find such a great place in our back yard.

I also have had my dog groomed three times was very pleased. My dog looked great wasn't shaking at the end ( she's very picky about who she will let groom her ). The groomer talked to us about what we wanted done and then followed through.

This was our first time boarding our dog at this location.The above date is a guess,as I do not remember the exact dates.We got the info through Angie's list and used the coupon that was available at that time. Upon arriving home after picking our puppy up we noticed scab like spots on his body.We contacted the My Second home and they could not explain what they were,so we took our dog to the vet.The vet informed up that they were healing scabs from what appeared to be deeper scratches caused by some sort of trauma.They did look superficial enough that they would heal and they did,but we were not comfortable taking him there ever again.

Advertising makes you think it is a resort, not so, just small pens. Maybe if you paid extra it would be, but for half the price they stayed at a wonderful vet in Nolensville recently. After a week, with putting dogs in pens at 10pm (we paid extra for a supposed late walk at 10) and letting out "around 7 or 8", their bedding came home soiled and so was the females fur. The male has never urinated on his bedding and both are house broken at 2 and 7 yrs.

It's hard to tell how things went since you have to take their word that the services paid for were actually done (like paying for extra time outside). When they came back, one had a pretty good scratch on his head that they never mentioned and the other had diarrhea for 3-4 days we had to treat with antibiotics. They also seemed really freaked out and upset; more so than with other places we've boarded them. I don't want to lay blame since they may have just been a bit freaked out about us leaving and the diarrhea could have been partially due to this. I think we'll use them again since I really don't know of anyplace that's better, but naturally I was concerned about the scratch they didn't mention...we specifically told them to not allow them to play with other dogs so I'm not sure how that happened. Accidents happen, but I would have felt better if someone would have explained it.

They were extremely attentive! We boarded our cat there for a couple of weeks. They were very caring, and did their best to make her feel a part of the environment rather than just leaving her in a cage. They also called to give us frequent updates.
