We switched from another provider and have been very satisfied with our weekly cleaning service. Very professional and reliable.

Overall it was good.  They were very responsive.  We had to work around my husband's schedule and they were very nice about that.  They were in too much of a hurry on the vacuuming and dusting - not as thorough as I like.

Please see paragraph above.  They were supposed to perform a basic, but thorough house cleaning every two weeks.

I always ask for the girls who are the best with details...not necessarily the fastest. You can select who you want. If you are not satisified with their work they will come back and redo it. I will use them again in the future.

We learned that the key to an experience with Molly Maid depends entirely on the person/team that cleans your house each time. At our third visit, we had an excellent cleaner, and requested that she be "assigned" to us. That was great until the woman was accepted into the police academy four months later. From there on, it was a nightmare. We never got the same people twice, we were constantly used for "training new people", and had a lot of trouble with breakage. They were rough, and always in a big hurry. (I understand that they don't have time to "dally" but this contributed to the breakage.) We also learned that if a Molly Maid breaks something, the damage is taken out of their check. For that reason we didn't report any of the damage. We discovered how much money they make, and some of them would have had to work a while to "work it off". One woman broke a "funky" sculptural piece we had, and she came to me and said, "I'll bet your kids made this -- sorry." The piece cost $125. We finally reached our limit and canceled them. We just couldn't take it, and I certainly couldn't supervise them at every visit. Anyone considering hiring them needs to understand that it is entirely dependent on the person doing the cleaning, and that can change from time to time (to time to time to time).

They do a really good job.  They have been really flexible during our home renovation, not charging us full price while we are renovating.  They are really good.  They come back and redo if we call them back.

Everything went well.  They did a very nice job, and their customer service was excellent.

I have been using Molly Maid for a year now. The service has been steadily going down hill. I (over)pay for one hour every two weeks. The two person team is tasked with three bathrooms and a kitchen. The bathrooms are usually done well but the kitchen is often lacking. The floor often still has sticky spots under the two toddler chairs. When I re-mop the mop head still comes away very dirty making me wonder how good of a job they did to begin with. I mentioned I pay for an hour. They are supposed to arrive at 8 and be done by 9. This has been slipping further and further back. Last time they were here from 8:45 to 9:26. I was still charged for an hour. And the kitchen floor is still sticky.

I had been content with the Molly Maid service for years, until I put our house up for sale to test the market and possibly downsize. During the 3 months of our listing, I kept our home spic and span. I asked that they do things like after mopping replace the rugs and bathmats before they left. Instead of spending the 2 hours to clean the house correctly, they would spend 30 minutes and leave, thinking we would not know how long they stayed. The house just didn't smell as clean as usual. Instead of mopping the floors and replacing the rugs, they would mop around the rugs. There were many many more issues I realized were wrong during this time. I wrote a letter with a total of 14 issues that were the final straw and sent them to my local Molly Maid franchise. No one called to apologize. No adjustment was made to the cleaning to our biweekly charges. I called the office before the next visit and expressed my disappointment that such a poor job was done cleaning my house the last few months. As there was no apology, I told the office manager that I could not longer use their services. Her response was she was sorry I felt that way and good luck. For several months, I was frustrated that after using them off and on for 10 years, things ended on a sour note. I wrote to the franchise owners stating that I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated as a former loyal customer and that I would share that disappointment with Angie's list. It was at that point that I received a phone call of apology......months after this episode. Too little, too late. Now I am searching for new housecleaning service.

My laundry room was a real mess and they did a great job with it and didn't complain at all. I saw a few spots they missed in the bathroom shower stall, but overall, it was well worth it not to have to spend the time cleaning myself! Great job vaccuming and dusting.

They are very efficient in performing their duties, but I am not always getting a quality cleaning. I believe it is because the employees are only given so much time to clean and then get out. Although I have spoke to management about it, there has been little difference. Their work is adequate but not always complete.

They worked for 2 hours and cleaned as much as they could. I told them I had bamboo flooring and that it was sensitive to certain cleaning materials. They ended up bring up the wrong materials and it was a mess. It was a waste a time for a premium like that. They are pretty inconsistent and I probably won't be using them again.

They are just wonderful. They send the same two lady team each visit. They have gotten to know my home and how I like things done. They always change the linens. They do a really good job cleaning the appliances, also.

I think they should have gotten to the kitchen as well in that one-hour time frame. It's a good service if you are in a bind and can clean your own house in sync with their team. If you are looking to put a real dent in your task list, you may be disappointed. I will call them again if I'm in a real bind and only need my bathrooms done.

Molly Maid provides excellent service. In fact when we did have a problem, the quality assurance people came out immediately and rectified the problem. We are very happy with Molly Maid.

Molly Maid does a real good job of cleaning. They complete the job in a timely manner. Molly Maid is a very professional business. I am always informed of what they are doing.

I feel that they do an alright job. I feel that if you don't do the cleaning yourself, then you're not going to get it done the way that you want to. Overall, they do a fine job though.

Molly Maid is a very pleasant company to deal with. They do a wonderful job. When someone arrives to do the cleaning they complete their work and don't miss anything. I have not had any complaints on any area of my home.

I think that they are very theory and pleasant. They did a wonderful job on everything in the house. I know that I will keep on using again. I also have recommended them to my family and friends.
