MIKHAIL'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS

The guy who came out did a really good job. I don’t remember the price I paid, but it was a good price. I wanted it to be cheap and I also wanted to have good work done. The guy did everything that I asked him to do. He did it for the price that I needed. He was on time and came when he said he would come. So, I was very satisfied.

Great. He always followed through right away when I called. He brought a Large Crew on Saturday and they were trying to get my roof finished in case it rained, but run out of a few shingles and he picked them up early Monday morning and his workers finished it right up. They picked up after themselves and left my property looking good. Very Pleased.

Michael came back a few days later and made the repairs without issue. I eespecially appreciate the fact that he was honest and his prices were fair for what he did. He was very responsive and is able to also ccommunicate tthrough e-mail

Very good. Though there were a couple of delays due to weather and acquisition of materials, Mikhail always informed me of the status of when the work would be done. This was greatly appreciated.

Mikael was up on the roof trying to find the leak - he came out twice and we could never could find the leak. I finally climbed into the attic and found that problem was not roof, but leaking pipe that needed to be extended out onto roof. Mikael came back and put the pipe up through the roof with seal-tight flashing. It's leaking no more.

Mikhail came recommended by the roofer who shingled my house. I phoned Mikhail and he visited my job-site with a photo album of some very impressive copper work he has done. He drove me to a nearby development so I could see some past projects of his. He started and finished exactly when he promised and the price was great. A really good copper guy.
