They completely jacked up the order and it took 3 times of me going up to the store to get it right, as it could not get solved over the phone. Then when everything was ordered they mis ordered 2 of the blinds. The installers that came left all the mess( tags off the blinds and wood dust from drilling). All over the place.

The window installation was about $7,000. The person that came out was really wonderful. He really took his time. We had spoken with him a little bit earlier, maybe a few months ago but it wasn't like he was hounding us to get our business but he did check back to see if we made any decisions and actually we're considering going with Lowe's or one other company.

Can't say enough about the great sales people in the flooring department at this store. They were all very knowledgeable and responsive. Went to home depot first and ended up at Lowes because of about $300 difference in savings for similar materials. The only negative was that the installers they used could have done a little better jog of cleanup, left reminents in the kitchen and didn't ask me where to put the extra materials or didn't remove some all the quarter round they took out. They did a good job on the install but this was a small thing.

The contractor was really good and efficient. They were easy to work with and I would use them again in the future.

I give LOWES an overall rating of A. We bought out carpet from them too a few years ago and they provided a contractor. They were good on that.

they came to my apt and installed both items in good time/ they were very informative about the warranty of the appliances and also on the instructions on how to use them. they were very friendly and courteous

when the cashier helped me load them in car, he suspected one was broken. Took it upon himself to replace the lamp. Great customer satisfaction

I go there about once or twice a month. It's close to home, and their competitive with their prices.

We felt like they did a very good job.

Purchased carpet and pad for 3 bedrooms, 1 bonus room, and 1 stairs. Price was good and the quailty of the carpet is nice. We got the and quot;off the rackand quot; carpet and it was about $1 per sq foot. They do charge you for ripping up and hailing away so in the end it was about $2200 for the carpet, the premium pad, and the install/haulaway.

Installer was on time and worked quickly to get it done. Was very impressed with his professionalism.

One thing you need to make sure you do is go to the post office and pick up a and quot;Change of addressand quot; kit. Inside is a 10% coupon. It was a HUGE saver. You can even apply the coupon after the fact so if you are reading this and have already bought take your coupon and receipt in and get you some money back!

After the initial appointment at my house, I went to Lowes to pick out carpet and pay. That whole process was long and tedious, due to the fact the salesman couldn't get his computer to work properly. We had to do it manually, then he had to call someone to help him, once again, with the computer. (It all appeared to be a common place occurrence) Then came the day of installation. They were supposed to come install the carpet around 10:00am.. I took the day off to be there. After being an hour late, I called Lowe's, they had no clue why their crew had not shown up. They said they would check and call me back. About 20 minutes later they called and said the crew were at Lowe's loading up the truck and would be there soon. They FINALLY arrived about an hour later with no real explanation. From that moment on, though, those 2 guys worked like crazy. Removed the carpet and installed the new. They did a beautiful job and I love my carpet. BUT, I thought the price was really high when it was supposed to be free installation (there were all kinds of little charges). I did not think any of the people I worked with were professional. As a matter of fact, they seemed to be kind of clueless.

Once finally ordered, the counter tops were manufactured to specifications and arrive pretty much as promised. The installation was completed in one day and was done by knowlegable sub contractors who seemed to go the extra mile to satisfy.

The experience with them was fine. They did a good job. I had an idea what I wanted when I went to Lowe's. We were pretty much decided but they explained and answered any questions we had. They finished the job in 3 days. It was good. They put it in and they cleaned everything up. It looks good. We dealt with Lowe's the company and the actual installers. The installers were great.

The weather was extremely cold and I was afraid that the windows would not be replaced, but to my delight, the gentlemen came in, replaced each window perfectly, with very little disruption and cold. Each window looks like it is original to the house and is beautiful and no longer drafty. We will always use Lowe's and their installation contractors. Highly professional.

They were amazingly incompetent, to the point where they brought in a brand new door that had holes in it. Not only did they get the order wrong for the door, but it didn't have a finish on it. They said they would finish it. When they brought it back, you could see sunlight through the door, because there were so many holes in the wood. I'm so glad I didn't have them take out my old door. I ended up having the old door fixed up. They had the typical $5 an hour type attitude people. When we finally got the door, the guy who brought it out said he wouldn't put it on his house, either. The service manager said that I rejected the door because of my mental state at the time, as if to imply that I had a mental illness because I didn't want a door with holes in it. I won't so much as buy an air filter from that place. They have good products, for sure, but they didn't earn our business. It was awfully frustrating. Typically, when I do business with somebody, they work diligently to make sure that the work is at least competent.

I special ordered door and had them install it. I was very pleased.

Installers were very polite and thorough. Good clean up and made sure I was satisfied with the job.

The carpet was ordered and came in earlier then expected. They called right before they left the store to make sure we were home. They gave us a two hour time frame and they were here in that time.

Lowe's, the subcontractor, and myself were able to work together very well. The countertops look good, and I would hire them for a future job.
