I scheduled service with Lee Company and they did not show up and when I called they had no record of the appointment. On my next try they scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 on Friday. At 1:30 on Friday they called to reschedule for a week later. They are unresponsive, unpunctual and unprofessional.

The only issue I had was that the only problem in the kitchen was one plug was wired incorrectly and that messed up 4 outlets. By them putting connecting this outlet correctly which took all of 5 minutes I still had to pay the quoted price when they thought they were going to do more extensive work. I think the price could have been reduced.

Craig was on time. He was courteous, polite, and professional. Went above and beyond worked even rain. Made pictures before completing work and showed them to me. I felt he was knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Both gentlemen were there on time and got to work quickly. They gave us some suggestions on things that should be done along with their estimates. They provided a plumbing upgrade on the spot. And the electrician solved a problem that we have had with an outside socket not working since we bought the home 16 years ago. No other electrician could find the issue further less repair it. They did a great job!

My home warranty assigned another ‘plumber’ who assessed a crack in sewer line under foundation. He didn’t bring a wetvac even though we shared details of the problem. He told us to call a plumber. Lee company responded and found a pinhole leak in a shower water line as soon as they cut a hole in the wall. They fixed it and my home warranty paid them.

Blake and Brad were efficient and courteous. We haven't had plumbing work done in a while, so I was in "sticker shock," but they signed me up for the annual maintenance plan which provided a 20% discount. They took the time to explain all charges and sent work history docs by email.

They came out on 3 different occasions to check A/C and all three times they found major things wrong that were not a problem before hand. Coincidence? Maybe. Except that the third time I decided to get a second opinion from another A/C company. They confirmed that I needed the repair suggest by the Lee technician. However, the parts and labor were 1/2 of what Lee was going to charge me and that was with a 20% service agreement customer discount. I had the other company fix my A/C unit and called to cancel my service agreement with Lee. A manager called me back and when I explained why and he looked into it he apologized and said that the wrong price was quoted to me and offered me a free year if I kept my service agreement. I told him that before I would make any decisions that I wanted him to go back and look at the other repairs that were done and he agreed and said he would get back to me as soon as he found out. That was months ago and I never received a call back. I'm guessing it is because I have been overcharged more than the time I caught. Their service agreement is such a good deal because they are able to gouge you in repairs (even with a 20% discount) at least 4 times a year (two A/C checks, one plumbing, one electrical) Sometimes a company gets too big and the demands on employees to upsell become priority and the checks and balances are not in place. I would be careful if you hire Lee Company.

Travis was just so wonderful. Was very thorough, patient, did a great job cleaning my air conditioning unit, and taking the time to show me what I need to be on the lookout soon for. He was informative and helpful, without feeling like he was just trying to sell me a product. I highly recommend Lee Company, they are honest, on-time, thorough, and are there to help you with your every need! I will work with them again for other services and renovations on my home.

It went great. Shaun was very nice and explained everything to me. He even spoke to the water heater manufacturer for me to help me with the process of getting the parts paid for since they are still under warranty. He replaced the upper and lower thermostats.

I received a call on Friday morning that our Monday appointment for air conditioner check was being set back for two months because they are" too busy". We have been paying a monthly fee for this service for years, but lately have been less and less satisfied with their performance. Lots of other places to take our business.....

He was friendly and straight to the point. He explained options for the bathroom. No work was performed because the bathroom needs remodelling. He said he's the plumber but was very knowledgeable about what type of fixtures to install. I got to ask questions. No hard sales. No pressure. The company has discounts if you join as a member and pay the annual fee. This company is an All-In-One except for the roof, is what the plumber told me. That put me at ease. He went above and beyond customer service by checking to see who was the Home Improvement guy that could help me with the remodel. I have arthritis which makes it hard to step in and out of the tub. I asked about safety features and even though the service call was finished; he stayed and discussed options on safety features in the shower. I didn't have change for the service call so he accepted what I did have. He explained the financing to me and stated I could make low monthly payments set up on 5 or 10 years; however I wanted to do it based on what the company says.b Still waiting for the Home Improvement guy to call and set up a time.

We just closed on this house and discovered a GFI was not working. Jose checked it and it was wired wrong and had burned out other outlets that we had not discovered yet. He repaired them and we asked him to come back and complete a couple of additional requests that we want done. He is already scheduled to return next week. Awesome service and we are really happy. We found this company on Angie's list since we just moved here from out of state and the reviews have helped us find incredible help!
