Our old Goodman heating and cooling system's refrigerant leak was becoming progressively worse. I got two quotes. Actually, when I presented my Lee home consultant with another company's proposal he reduced the price by approximately $200.00 and included a digital, programmable Trane WiFi Thermostat. My wife and I got a Trane, all inclusive, 3.5 Ton 16 SEER system which included the outdoor heat pump and the indoor air handler. The work was done quite professionally. The technicians did an excellent job. During the install, they discovered wiring that was not to code which presented a potential fire hazard. Although the additional wiring ended up increasing the total project cost, we are happy it was corrected.

Great! Wayne was so knowledgeable and professional. He even gave me tips for a couple of the tv console shelves. Also, my floor was uneven so one leg of the desk tipped. He make me some thin wedges until I could get a more permanent solution. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!

New to the area and thought I should probably have preventative services done on my furnace/ac to prevent an unexpected costly repair. Did my homework and decided to go with the Lee Company. I then clicked on “Deals” and found a Lee Company coupon on Angie’s List that seemed reasonable. I called to set up service, and was shocked when they told me they wouldn’t honor their own offer! So I emailed them through the Angie’s List link to get the offer (thinking maybe their internet offers differed from their telephone offers as often happens). Instead, I was again told they would not honor their own Angie’s List offer. I have an older home with an older HVAC & plumbing & electrial systems. I had planned to hire the Lee Company to service all three. But when my first interaction with the company was being told (repeatedly) that they wouldn’t honor their own offer, I had second thoughts. Can I really trust a company to provide honest analysis on the needs of my home when they won’t even honor their own Angie’s List coupon? Trust is essential for a service provider. The Lee Company demonstrated to me at the outset that they would not meet their written commitment. They lost my trust. I urge you to tread carefully with this contractor. Endnote—I asked Angie’s List to follow up for me and they did. They said that based on their follow up with the Lee Company, the Lee Company decided to rescind their Angie’s List coupon that had been on the site for all of 2018. The offer wasn’t a misprint or typo. The Lee Company just decided they no longer wished to offer it after I requested it. Keep a close eye that they don’t change their terms of service on you after you call them!

I scheduled service with Lee Company and they did not show up and when I called they had no record of the appointment. On my next try they scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 on Friday. At 1:30 on Friday they called to reschedule for a week later. They are unresponsive, unpunctual and unprofessional.

The only issue I had was that the only problem in the kitchen was one plug was wired incorrectly and that messed up 4 outlets. By them putting connecting this outlet correctly which took all of 5 minutes I still had to pay the quoted price when they thought they were going to do more extensive work. I think the price could have been reduced.

Craig was on time. He was courteous, polite, and professional. Went above and beyond worked even rain. Made pictures before completing work and showed them to me. I felt he was knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Both gentlemen were there on time and got to work quickly. They gave us some suggestions on things that should be done along with their estimates. They provided a plumbing upgrade on the spot. And the electrician solved a problem that we have had with an outside socket not working since we bought the home 16 years ago. No other electrician could find the issue further less repair it. They did a great job!

My home warranty assigned another ‘plumber’ who assessed a crack in sewer line under foundation. He didn’t bring a wetvac even though we shared details of the problem. He told us to call a plumber. Lee company responded and found a pinhole leak in a shower water line as soon as they cut a hole in the wall. They fixed it and my home warranty paid them.

Blake and Brad were efficient and courteous. We haven't had plumbing work done in a while, so I was in "sticker shock," but they signed me up for the annual maintenance plan which provided a 20% discount. They took the time to explain all charges and sent work history docs by email.

They came out on 3 different occasions to check A/C and all three times they found major things wrong that were not a problem before hand. Coincidence? Maybe. Except that the third time I decided to get a second opinion from another A/C company. They confirmed that I needed the repair suggest by the Lee technician. However, the parts and labor were 1/2 of what Lee was going to charge me and that was with a 20% service agreement customer discount. I had the other company fix my A/C unit and called to cancel my service agreement with Lee. A manager called me back and when I explained why and he looked into it he apologized and said that the wrong price was quoted to me and offered me a free year if I kept my service agreement. I told him that before I would make any decisions that I wanted him to go back and look at the other repairs that were done and he agreed and said he would get back to me as soon as he found out. That was months ago and I never received a call back. I'm guessing it is because I have been overcharged more than the time I caught. Their service agreement is such a good deal because they are able to gouge you in repairs (even with a 20% discount) at least 4 times a year (two A/C checks, one plumbing, one electrical) Sometimes a company gets too big and the demands on employees to upsell become priority and the checks and balances are not in place. I would be careful if you hire Lee Company.
