Lee Company contacted us within 15 minutes of our posting on Angie's List. We explained that we lived in a double wide home and they would have to crawl several feet under the house back to the pipe that was busted. They agreed to come and take a look at it and were at our house in less than an hour. This was a small plumbing issue but they agreed to fix it. The job was completed in about 30 minutes or so. The plumber was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be calling them again if we have another plumbing issue.

I signed up for their monthly plan. Very difficult to get them to actually show up - you may have to wait weeks or months. They shouldn't take on more customers than they can service.

Needed one electrical outlet installed. They came out and bid three times the price of any other bids we had and then tried to charge the full service fee instead of the angies list deal price. Easy way to make a quick buck- come out, quote something outrageous and leave with $50. To top it off they couldn’t even have done the work today after the person making the appointment assured me that the work could be done same day. Should have known better as they did set our house on fire several years ago with the HVAC system. Was trying to give them another chance. Big waste of time and money.

While the work was done well, the way it was done was quite uneasy. The time taken to complete was a bit exaggerated, by as much of 15%, roughly, in our layman's opinion. We paid the service in full, and we will use Lee Company once again, but we might ask for another handyman.

Our old Goodman heating and cooling system's refrigerant leak was becoming progressively worse. I got two quotes. Actually, when I presented my Lee home consultant with another company's proposal he reduced the price by approximately $200.00 and included a digital, programmable Trane WiFi Thermostat. My wife and I got a Trane, all inclusive, 3.5 Ton 16 SEER system which included the outdoor heat pump and the indoor air handler. The work was done quite professionally. The technicians did an excellent job. During the install, they discovered wiring that was not to code which presented a potential fire hazard. Although the additional wiring ended up increasing the total project cost, we are happy it was corrected.

Great! Wayne was so knowledgeable and professional. He even gave me tips for a couple of the tv console shelves. Also, my floor was uneven so one leg of the desk tipped. He make me some thin wedges until I could get a more permanent solution. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!
