I was top producer because I sold one of the best builder’s homes in the state and worked tirelessly at my job. I literally met thousands upon thousands of real estate professionals. I met Larry Brewer when he was first licensed in the early 2000’s and while I was actively selling new homes for a John Maher in Spring Hill Tn. Larry brought me dozens of his buyer/clients during this time period, which all of them were 100% satisfied with his special care and concern for his clients and his attention to detail. My Daughter Taylor and my son in law Johnny, bought a new John Maher home from me and when it came time to sell it was Larry who I called to help them sell. It went flawless. I retired in 2020 and my Mother just decided to sell her John Maher home, also in Spring Hill. I again suggested we call Larry Brewer and am happy we did. On Larry’s advice to wait to sell until late Spring, we were able to secure 3 offers at once and the one we accepted was $35,000 over list price!!! We just closed and it was flawless again with Larry! Larry was an amazing agent. Anytime we emailed or called with questions, we got a prompt response. We felt the Larry really cared more our us and our happiness than he did about the "sale" of a house. The home we fell in love with was already under contract. But Larry followed up on the home we were interested in for almost a month and a half to see if the contract had gone through or fell through. When the purchasers walked away at the closing, Larry's faithful diligence of constant monitoring really paid off. We were able to see the house and put an offer in on it prior to it being re-listed. Larry went out of his way numerous times to help us get everything together so we could close on the sale in 2 weeks. Since we lived out of state, his assistance was paramount. He truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

Since we have moved into our home, Larry has followed up with us to see how everything is. We feel like we have made a friend in the process. Larry is a man of integrity who truly cares about others. He is extremely knowledgable about Nashville area and the values of homes. He also helped us find a terrific mortgage company - F & M Mortgage (as I stated earlier, our closing was 12 total days from start to finish).
