I have been very impressed with their prices as well as their ability to get the jobs done regardless of the weather, or the poor location of the units: attics, small spaces, etc. Also appreciate that if the unit is wearing out, but can be fixed, they will be honest and let me know that, and repair it. Other companies I have dealt with recommend a new unit even if a repair will only cost a few bucks. (They make more money on a replacement)

They arrived before our scheduled appointment and informed me that I had a refrigerant leak. They pinpointed the problem and fixed the leak. They re-filled my system and educated me on basic care for my central heating and air system. The team Kanco sent went above and beyond what we had expected and really knew how to answer questions so even a novice like myself could understand.
