I have used Joslin for yearly Maintenance of my AC unit., plumbing issues etc.
In 2013 we put in 2 new AC units we originally only had 1. The only reason we went with a different company was because the other company helped us in donating our 1 unit that was still useable.
Their price was comparable to the company we ended up going with.
I have had many dealings with Joslin and have always been treated fairly. It was unfortunate that they did not honor the maintenance contract but I understood since it was over a year old.
I have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors.
I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.
I have always found them to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced .
They have been in business in Franklin for years and I believe they are family owned.
I rated their punctuality good since they sometimes run behind schedule due to unforeseen issues. However that being said they will call to let you know that they are running behind and when they can be expected.
Give them a try I don't think you will be disappointed.
A joke from the beginning. Workers showed up day one with no clue what their job was. I had to hire my own electrician to get a live wire they left laying on my garage floor while they attempted to install a hot water heater. A dog was injured from the wire. Late that night long after they had left my electrician helped me finish the hot water install. Day 2 apparently William aka Bubba showed up and let them know what they were actually there for. Couple days later they were finished.
A week later I get a bill for $4600. We discussed $2600 for the drain and around $1000 to replace hot water heater. I got no explanation what anything was. I send a check for $3600 which is what we discussed and marked it paid in full with a note saying the bill total is not what we discussed. If the bill was going to be higher wouldn't you inform your customer?I still have not been told what the extra charges are and it looks like they plan on intending to keep billing me. I also have a problem with the fact their worked sat in their truck for 3 hourson the last day of the job because as they told me they were tired and didn't want to go to another job. Was this what I was billed for?
My advice, never use this place.
