They were friendly and arrived even earlier than expected. They finished quickly and did a good job.

The tech was on time and performed the work in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work done, price and professionalism.

My original call to Johnson'sLock and Key was to determine whether they know anything about the old lock as hit has a long latch throw fro the center of the door and I had tried to remove the assembly myself from YouTube videos. Having been only partially successful I call Johnson's and Lenny asked that I send a screen shot of the assembly and he might be able to walk me through it w/o coming out or charging me! I tried for a while and gave up. He was out to the house by midday and within ten minutes had the assemble off! I then asked whether he'd be willing (and have the time) to do two other lock jobs...mount the new latch on the front door and key the back patio door which happened to be a Schlage- the same brand as all other locks. He dispatched each with easy as well as keying all three of our entrance doors to the same key! How convenient! Lenny was professional, friendly and fair.

They were Excellent! Were friendly, on-time and well priced. They even went above and beyond a cut off a padlock that was left by the previous owners.

there was a difficulty with the commercial lock which did not fit the opening, so he drilled the opening to fit. there was a difficulty with a part that did not fit my door, and he was able to substitute another part from his truck, and installed the whole thing satisfactorily. He was amiable, professional and knowledeable. He certainly knew all about locks, and worked without wasting time. a very satisfactorhy experience for me

Replaced three locks |They did a fine job I would use them again

I called this locksmith and he and his associate were at my front door within 20 minutes. They looked at the two locks in question, explained what the issues were, made a recommendation to change out the locks and completed the job, all within about 30 minutes. I was very impressed with this provider and the price of the service and will definitely use them again. I will not, however, be using the guy at Affordable Locksmith. In a conversation Wednesday afternoon, he committed to being at the house Thursday between 9:00 and 10:00 but never showed up.

I had them change all the locks in the house after we moved in. He did it efficiently and even fixed one door that wasn't closing properly without charging us anything additional. He made me extra keys. That saved me a trip to the hardware store to get extra keys made. The keys work so much better in the locks than the copies we used to have did. He was professional, polite and answered questions that my kids asked.

I highly reccommend this company. He was very prompt and professional.

I have used them before and, like before, the appointment went off without a hitch. I was considering changing the front handle on the door since there was a hole in it and the technician took the time to search his van to see if he had an appropriate replacement. He didn't, but his helpfulness was appreciated.

I called Johnson Lock and Key after another locksmith decided to not show up for our scheduled appointment. I called the office and they sent Richard out right away. Richard was right on time and started to work right away. He was professional, expedient, and did exactly as promised. The price was also quite reasonable. I will definitely recommend Johnson Lock and Key to my friends, associates, and family.

They were fast in doing the job, and they were reasonably priced. However, they were late. They were not punctual. They were about 45 minutes late.

I called the main number and gave my phone and name for a call back by the locksmith. Lenny called 15 minutes later and said he'd be over in 20 minutes. He did. $40 for the visit plus. That covered the first lock and he added $10 for the other two. He was courteous and very professional. Cleaned up after himself.

Jim was on time, professional, courteous, diligent and went out of his way to make sure everything was done the right way. He first re-keyed all the main doors to my home. When he got to the front door, he noticed that the last person to work on the lock had done lousy work (I had called them out of the phone book in an emergency) and only 2 of 5 pins were still in the mechanism. That is shoddy and unsafe. He replaced the pins (no extra charge). The second door had a bad knob which he replaced (at a small charge) and adjusted the strike plate so the door caught better. He then replaced a strike plate on the 3rd door (trying 3 different ones until it fit just right). All in all, he did a fantastic job and was very thorough, which I greatly appreciate. The price was exactly what we had discussed.

Great! Were able to come out the day after I called to inquire. Showed up right on time. Really quick and friendly. Will use again if ever the need arises. Service call charge was very reasonable, too.

Although Lenny arrived about 2 hours late, he did a great job and the estimate was correct. We had 9 locks re-keyed. Lenny also replaced one of the deadbolt locks because it was not working properly. Lenny was great and I will use them again.
