We had major leaks in our 2 front rooms, which were dealt with by my contractor and not by Heithcock roofing. Heithcock broke our exhaust line coming from the heater and gas water heater when trying to remove the housing on the roof. It cost ME $1300 to bring it up to codes and replace the pipes by heating professional. They didn't see that as their responsibility even though I wouldn't have had to do anything if the Non English speaking men did the job correctly in the first place. Those men were also left at my house until 2130 "waiting on a ride". Leaving non English speaking workers on a job site is unsafe and totally unprofessional. After the entire addition was complete, Heithcock wanted to come back and make sure the roof was "perfect" and make sure none of the other workers did anything to compromise it. I appreciated that. Now 3.5 weeks after initial communication that the job was done and that they needed to fix 1 metal problem and paint the exhaust (like the contract stated), I am still waiting. There are less expensive, more professional, more cooperative, and more responsive roofers in this area. Use them instead.

John Heithcock & Son roofing was very professional. They were great from the time of the estimate until the completion of the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have referred John Heithcock to other people. The owner of the company came to my home to check the work that was completed. The workers were polite and funny. They left the place beautiful.
