All individuals I worked with in the office (Jack, Robert, Mary Ann) were customer-oriented and on top of all details leading up to the closing. Looked at homes over 2 days and both Jack and Robert pointed out pros/cons of at least a dozen homes without regard to price of home. Provided contacts for financing, home inspection, legal...everything you might need in purchasing a home. The closing was smooth and on-time with no surprises. As I didn't move in until after closing, they volunteered to meet utility companies at home and let them in if I wished. Extraordinary service.
