It was great. He was easy to contact. He arrived early. He inspected the the house from the roof to the basement. He had all the tools he needed and he explained every item as he inspected it. He performed the inspection in the afternoon (2.5 hours) and I had the 47 page report in my email before midnight. He took pictures and I received a very comprehensive report.
