Would use this provider again, my engine light was on...I was visiting my daughter in KY. Found the Infiniti on line and called in to set up an appointment, they took me the same day. Upon arrival the service provider diagnosed all the problems and the cost up front to repair my vehicle. I thought that was very professional. They are very efficient and prompt with their services. They cleaned my car inside and out as all Infiniti dealerships does. I would recommend this service provider for all of my services in the near future.

Great, they are always so professional and great to work with. Did not need a car but being able to get a loaner car when you do need one is a great thing.

Very smooth. Low pressure. Glenda in sales was always prompt and available for every request. The one problem( a blemish on the bumper) was repaired quickly and perfectly.

Their service department is excellent. We have not had a problem with them at all. Based on the initial interaction with them, I would recommend them to other members. They are very professional. They always do what they say they are going to do and never do things without my approval. They don’t come up with problems that are not there, they don’t break things and argue to fix them like other dealerships are known to do. The quality of their work and their service prices are excellent.
