This company performed an installation on my high end gas/electric range before COVID. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The natural gas regulator was not installed directly to the back of the range as it should have and could have caused a serious catastrophe since the safety feature would not have engaged. The wiring was also not installed properly according to the instructions, without the proper junction box cover/attachment point. There are several other reputable companies in the Nashville area to consider.

The good - they were punctual and got the job done with little effort on my part.

The bad - first visit they did not let me know they had arrived, just noticed my dog barking and men creeping around on my back deck.   Asked for pricing on the new circuit and an additional GFI circuit, I agreed to the price, and then was told that he had forgotten to include the GFI circuit on the quote, resulting in additional expense  When going over the details, we discussed using rigid conduit outside the house, but at some point they decided to use flex conduit and it was never discussed with me.  The fitting on the GFI circuit box is not the correct one - they used one meant for flex conduit, and yet they ran ROMEX through it.  I will use it for now but at some point I will have it all redone.

It was good. They came and did exactly what I want them to do. They did all for an effort. They did a good job.

Homeworks didn't install our sink properly. I tried to get them to come back out and look at it and they said that would cost more and I had already paid over $500.00 for them to put it in the first time. So I actually had a co-workers husband come out and fixed it. It's oversized and they didn't even install it properly. They came out the first time pretty quickly.

The work went according to plan. Job well done.

Homeworks quickly and efficiently replaced the two bad electrical switches. They were concerned about matching the two new switches with the third switch which is located on the same switchplate, and discussed it with me. The dimmer switch they installed looks almost like a regular switch without dimming capabilities. No one would know that the undercounter desklight had not been installed when the house was built. They clean up any mess which they have made and even take all boxes, etc. with them to dispose of. I will be calling them again when I need electrical or plumbing work done.

Mr. and Mrs. Drury of Homeworks are professional, personable, experienced, and trustworthy. They worked with us to get our kitchen reconnected and functioning when it was ready a day earlier than the countertop company said it would be. They did not charge for adjusting the height of the dishwasher when a full reconnect was not needed. They spent quite a bit of extra time reconfiguring the pipes under the kitchen sink, which was not expected, because the countertop company mistakenly installed a sink that had the disposal on the right side of the double sink instead of on the left side as the original sink had been. A few weeks afterward, the pipe under the sink leaked. Mr. Drury came out and fixed it without charge. We would and, in fact, have used them for other jobs.

This company was recommended by our neighbor, who had used them a couple of times. We called for an estimate, and Mr. Drury came to our residence a few days later to see exactly what we wanted done. An estimate was emailed to me a shortly afterward, and we felt the price was fair.

We agreed on a date for the work to be done, and Mr. Drury and his assistant arrived on time. They were very courteous and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. It was necessary for them to bring an extremely tall ladder inside to reach the fan, and they were very careful not to scratch floors or do any damage.

They finished the work in about 3 1/2 hours, which I felt was pretty quick considering the difficulty with the ladders, and finding the electrical source for the new eave light.

They were neat and careful and very pleasant. I am glad to know of their company for any future work we may need to have done.
