Very responsive at first, poor follow through?.. Washing machine that was less than 18 months old needed repair. Paid $325 for a repair that did not work. Technician from another company told me the problem would be covered under warranty (which was never even suggested by Stan). So I wasted $325 and over 2 weeks waiting on people and parts that should not have cost anything. I have requested a refund both by email and phone. Somehow the initial repair request was responded to immediately, but the follow up for poor job and refund can not be responded to! Poor customer service and a guarantee that is not backed! Would never recommend if you want your repair done right!

Had great availability to come right away and night appointments available after work, fixed the problem, were quick and efficient. Had to order a part and come back, price seemed a little high for a waterline replacement valve, but glad it’s done and taken care of.

This repairman came 3 times replaced a circuit board and it still is not working. Went out and bought a new stove yesterday. Spent over 400$ for nothing

Communicated arrival time, cost, and followed thru w/ final install of a part that had to be ordered. A hard working man who knows appliances (mine was a washer main board that totally conked out and died.

They were quick an on time. They made the repair when they said they would. They are back again today because of an issue that came up after their repair.

Even though this company is a good company, I'll never use Angi.com again. Since I "signed up" my phone has been ringing non stop. That is not what I requested. Please take me off your call list ASAP! I'm still getting calls while the repair man is here.

I contacted Home Appliance Master on 12/03/2021. The technician came out and in all of about 15 minutes told me I needed the fan blade and a couple of nuts replaced in my oven. He gave me an estimate for$325.00. I asked how much the parts and labor would be. He said the office would give me a call later that day, well there was not a return call that day or before I called them back on 12/17/2021. I called their office on 12/17, 12/27, 12/28, I spoke with Hannah during each call. I was told on each call the part would be in - in two days and the parts were on order. And after each call to their office, I was told she would call me back that afternoon, well I NEVER received a return call. On 12/29/2021 I called again to inquire if the parts had been ordered, she stated it would be another two weeks into January 2022. I Asked Hannah for the supplier. She gave me the supplier as Marcone Supply with their phone number. I call the supplier, gave them the part number on the invoice I received for the technician. Per Marcone Supply, the parts were $13.00 for the fan blade, and with the nuts also needed the parts would be no more than $30.00. I would NEVER, EVER EVER hire this company to repair anything for me. This has been a total RIP OFF. Please if I can save anyone time and money don't call this company. Oh and by the way I was not offered or given a receipt. But I do have my cashed checks as receipts.

Arrow contact me within minutes of submitting my job on Angie. He advised me of the cost of the service.Made the appointment in a timely matter called the morning of the appointment and was on time. Very knowable and friendly. I would recommend him ,and I will certainly use his service again when needed.

The repair man was knowledgeable Nd worked quickly. And he had parts on hand to fix my appliance.

I was overcharged for labor. I was charged over $100 in labor for the 5-minute effort to slide in two oven racks and push a knob control onto the base. This effort required no expertise. I offered to do this labor myself. They refused. I told them multiple times that I thought this was high but was ignored. I waited three and a half hours for this companys technician to arrive. I called the dispatcher multiple times. I was told each time that the technician would arrive within the hour. So, I waited, and they never showed up at the specific times that I was told. They missed the arrival time window that they provided and unnecessarily made me wait for them for over four hours. I was forced to reschedule. No consideration for my time was acknowledged by this company. I also never received a proper Venmo receipt after multiple requests. I requested multiple times over the period of two weeks. To this review/complaint, the owner responded that, It is up to you sir, we do our best. I disagree 100% that this companys owner, did his best. This review provides this company the choice to do their best. Lets see what they do now. At this point, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I will absolutely never hire this company again.
