Description of Work: Joseph is professional and thorough, when you can get him to respond to your calls or text messages. He was the provider for my home warranty company and it took over a month to get him to come to my house the first time. The outlet he replaced blew the next week and he was contacted about coming back out for a recall and I've never heard back from him. That's been almost a month ago when I left my last message. So needless to say I will be contacting someone else to fix the issue.
