Matt of Gemstone Solutions did a fine job managing my rental property in Franklin. He's conscientious, reliable, honest, and easy to work with. He's always quick to respond to any issues and is very helpful coordinating house repairs with third party vendors. I think Matt is a man of high character and I recommend him and his company Gemstone for property management.

Matt Phillips is extremely professional. He managed our rental home perfectly handling all issues very quickly and with not stress for me as an out of town landlord. I recommend him without reservation. He does a great job at a fair price.
