Exterior Painting
I called for a quote on painting the exterior of a house. He said he would come at 10:30 am two days later to give a quote. When he had not arrived by 11:20, I called and found out he was out of town. He had not called to cancel the meeting and I lost 3 hours away from the office as a result. Such a lack of professionalism is inexcusable and I would not use this person again. Two other companies came promptly and provided estimates in a professional manner.

I called and he came and gave me the best quote. He and his team were in and out. I called him to come do some extra things and he was good about getting them done.
