Description of Work: I went in to the store to ask how best to send fresh flowers to a dear friend who lost her mother in Charlotte, NC. Though the store was technically closed for preparations for a holiday open house they stopped what they were doing and immediately assisted me. I only discovered they were closed when I was leaving and the gentleman who helped me invited me to the open house the next day (I missed the sign on the door going in). He never mentioned it.
