The crew showed up as scheduled, performed the work exactly as they said they would and the final invoice matched the quote. The process lasted one week, as expected. When, on several occasions, the crew was delayed in arriving, they called explaining their delay. The dustless system was wonderful, and despite Jones warning that there would be some dust, we encountered none...a very positive outcome.

Frank Jones Flooring gave us an estimate that was exactly the price. He is a very honest person and so are his workers. I would refer him to others.
