Everything was well organized and they made it very simple for us to get everything processed by the insurance and the mortgage vendor within the time scheduled.

They became very rude and demanding when the balance for the work was due...unfortunately the work was sub standard, with a disorganized crew...I paid them the balance with the understanding that they would fix the problems caused by the negligence of the installation crew....they didn't..the roof has continued to fall apart.....the ridge tops are coming undone....and it looks like crap....I have had two roofing inspectors look at the work and evaluate the damages....once I have all the figures I will file a complaint with the state and hand it off to my attorney....beware

Installed metal roof on our new farm house in 2011.  When problems were pointed out (we will now have to replace entire roof after after  3 roofing inspections) they were very defensive and slow to respond.  After numerous calls they did make one attempt to "fix".  It was even worse.  They did not supervise or follow up on the work that was done the first time or at that time.  They were not concerned at all
with fact that we were not happy with the work. 

Everything went as we were told. No over due, no over cost. Very happy and we would love to work with them in the future again.

I can't say enough good things about Five Points.  
Logan Hughes did a spectacular job working with my insurance company to repair damage from the March 2012 hailstorm.  His persistence, knowledge, and negotiation with the adjusters resulted in a settlement significantly greater than the original amount offered to me.   For me, it was a completely hassle-free process, as Logan did all of the work negotiating on my behalf.
When a settlement was finally reached, work was done exactly on schedule.  His crew showed up precisely on time, all workers were clean-cut and polite, and the work area was cleaned up completely at the end of every day.
Best of all, the work was done to perfection.   These guys take pride in their work, and it shows.
I couldn't be happier.
