Was very good! Car looks brand new! Amazing communication along the way as well.

When I arrived to pick the car up there were three very visible ridges all the way up the front of the drivers door and rough/crackly paint on the back door. I elected not to take the car home that day and left it for them to fix.
The morning after picking the car up the next day I discovered clear coat overspray on the hood, windshield and roof, and rubbing compound speckled on the drivers doorstep and interior drivers door trim.
Taking it back for a third visit to finally get everything cleared up they said they would detail it, but I had to re-clean the inside of the windshield to confirm the clear coat overspray on the windshield was in fact gone.
The insurance company wound up getting billed around $700 more than the written estimate I was originally given.

From beginning to end of my experience with Fender Bender Repair I was happy.  Larry provided great customer service.  I needed the rust removed from the fender wells of my F250.  The finished product was amazing.  The paint was blended perfectly and the clear coat nearly flawless.  My truck went in Monday afternoon and was ready for pickup on Thursday morning.  I would highly recommend Fender Bender repair.

They worked with insurer, and completed work in a timely manner.   Five months later, all is still fine on the work they completed.  I would not hesitate to use them again.  Good folks that take pride in their work.

It went great and when I went in the office to pay, the owner did not charge me for the work or the bulbs. He let me go in the back and tip each technician "lunch money" for helping me. Both were really nice guys as was the owner. My guess is he knows that now when I have a need for body repair work or body paint work I will get it done at Fender Bender Repair Center. AND I WILL!

They have great customer service. We worked with Larry from the estimate to fix the car through picking up the car when it was done. They did a fantastic job! The bumpers on the car look like new and we saved a lot if money repairing them versus replacing them.

I backed in to a tree and dent the right rear corner of my M37. I searched for vendors and happened upon Mike and the Fender Bender Repair Center. Mike was very professional and positive assuring me that the dent could be fixed and repainted like new. It was between 48 and 72 hrs to get the work done and when I saw it I was amazed. It matched perfectly. I had gotten other quotes that we easily 25% more. I am very happy with Mike and Fender Bender Repair Center and will be sending much more business their way in the future.

I found Fender Bender on Angies List after reading other positive reviews -- my experience was the same!  Mike and his team were the last estimate I got (I got 3).  Mike offered the best deal and gave me the best estimate which I really needed since I had a high ($1,000 Comprehensive deductible) on my insurance.



I believe Mike runs an honest business - everyone should get several estimates when it comes to body work - but be sure to stop by and give Fender Bender a chance to do business with you.

Mike is an amazing salesman and gives great prices. I've since referred several friends; one of which had a windshield replacement.

I sent in my Expedition via insurance claim and was assured by Mike that since this was a high dollar repair it would be immaculate unlike the discounted repair given to my Explorer; which had faults like orange peel. 

It wasn't immaculate.

I took the Expedition back several times for repaint before accepting the vehicle but the following weekend while traveling to Memphis the front panel dis-attached and dragged down the interstate.  Not happy. I stopped at Beaman and they were able to reattach the piece. I later noticed that despite returning the car 3 times for paint fixes the hood and side panels were covered with over-spray (a gritty feel when rubbing your hand over the paint)  I didn't feel like sending it back yet again so I hired another detailer (Detail by Vinny) to clean it up. 

I wouldn't recommend for insurance claims or when paying more than a few hundred dollars out of pocket.

Because my child incurred the damages, I made him go there and get the quote, etc...the gentleman told my son, "I handle a lot of teenagers here." He didn't want to gouge my son's wallet and treated my son with respect - I really appreciate his attitude and customer service. I had other quotes as high as $2300 . It was ready as promised and didn't cost anymore than my son was told.

I was involved in an accident where a guy rear ended my Nissan 2012 Rogue. He was at 100% fault. His insurance disputed the hatch door damage. Mike the Manager of Fender Bender helped me through the auto insurance process to get everything covered. His shop did a great job on replacing the bumper and fixing the back hatch door. You can't tell the car was in an accident. I highly recommend this shop. The experience was great and there is a rental car place next door which is extremely convenient!

My car is a 2011 Audi S6...this car is a long awaited dream that I bought new in 2011. It is a gorgeous car with amazing power and comfort. Truly a luxury automobile.
I was heartbroken when I scraped the left front corner backing out of the garage. I wanted to find a shop that would care about my car the way I do. I had never been to Fender Bender and had no relationships with other shops. Fender Bender was highly rated on Angie's List so I went by and spoke to the owner. He was personable and professional; and assured me the repair would be quick and perfect.
It turns out that the owner is a car buff as well and is very proud of his shop. I spent an enjoyable 30 min chatting with him and looking at the car memorabilia he displays in the office.
I brought the car in for the repair appointment as scheduled. The repair took 2 days and was indeed perfect! I could not tell that the damage had ever existed. There were no surprises with the pricing, no extra little charges, came in right where the quote said it would.
I was so impressed that I got a quote to repair the front bumper rock dings. This time it was done in one day and again looked perfect.
Fender Bender is MY body shop from now on. Great service, reasonable pricing, and wonderful repair work!

Took less than 2 days start to finish.

Let me just start off by saying that I had misgivings about taking my car to a repair shop.  Like many of you, I've always been skeptical of what will be said and done.  But the people at Fender Bender turned around my way of thinking.  Let me explain...
     First and foremost, I was desperately searching for a reputable place that offers good service at affordable prices.  After some careful research, I discovered Fender Bender.  So I visited this car repair shop (in February 2013) to discuss having some major work done to my 2000 Honda Odyssey.  It was quite messed up in the front, with dents from one end to the other. etc.
     I was pleasantly surprised when I met the owner.  I must take the time to mention that he is such an affable fellow.  He's definitely a ''people'' person.  I liked him immediately.  Not only did he make me feel comfortable, but he also set my mind at ease.  And I could tell that he was in the business because he enjoyed it.  He's a positive guy with a cheery disposition.  I can't imagine anyone disliking him.
     The owner patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered my endless list of questions.  I did not feel in any way that I was being rushed or that I wasn't important.  Then he carefully explained everything and gave me a really good quote on the labor.  (TRUST ME:  His costs are very reasonable!)  There was never a point in our discussion that I felt as if I were being conned or ''taken for a ride,'' so to speak!  So I left my car with him; and I knew that they were going to do a ''bang-up'' job!
     Before i knew it, my car was done and ready to be picked up...thanks to the employees' efficiency.  When I got to the shop, I honestly didn't recognize my van!  It was quite a WOW moment!  It's a true reflection of the guys' professionalism.  They're obviously skilled at their craft; and because of their impeccable attention to detail, nothing was overlooked.
     Since taking my car to Fender Bender, everyone has been paying me compliments on its exceptional appearance.  I'm ACTUALLY a little jealous!  Anyway, I'm a very satisfied customer...for life, needless to say.

Stopped by to get a quote for repair to two scuffed wheels on my car. I got an immediate quote and was told that they could be repaired the next day. I dropped my car off for the repair, picked it up in the afternoon, and now have two wheels that look as if nothing ever happened. The guys at the shop are super nice, extremely polite, and really know what they are doing.
