Extreme Window Tinting

Satisfied with the window tinting, no problems with window tint peeling and it reduces glare as described. The manager explained the various options for different kinds and costs of window tint without undue pressure. Bug and rock film looked good the first couple of weeks after application however the corners on the lower left and right fenders; and left/right mirrors housings began peeling up after two weeks. The peeling edges appeared to have dirty fingerprint impressions that compromised the adhesive. We took the car back to request replacement as advertised in the warranty. The experience was not pleasant at all. The manager accused us of "messing" with the film causing it to peel up. After much unpleasant discussion Extreme did replace the front grille and mirror housing films with the warning of "don't mess with the film, we won't replace it again". Since the film replacement we have not had further issues with the film peeling up. However the process to get the replacement work done was so unpleasant that I won't go to Extreme again. Extreme was recommended by the Acura dealership and we have also let the dealer now how unpleasant we were treated when a problem occurred.
