EXPRESS OIL CHANGE AND SERVICE CENTER

It has been a good experience. The good part of it, is the good and friendly service. There wasn't anything that was bad. We would probably not use them for the time being, because our cars are newer now, and we are taking them to the dealer.

I was terrified for many reasons, a. I'd only lived here in Franklin for 3 weeks, b. this was our only car, c. We'd just spent many Thousands of dollars on our move here from Northern VA and d. I'm a Woman who knows NOTHING about cars (shall I just hand over my wallet now? No need to go through the whole "robbing" scenario. I called here after another shop said I'd have to drop my car off all day, impossible since it's our only car, so I called here, I spoke to Jessie and gave my, well, girlie description of the problem, he said I could bring it right in and they'd look at it right away. I arrived, repeated my same description to first Dustin and then Lee, Lee directed me to the waiting room where after approximately 10 minutes Lee and another Mechanic returned to say...."your 4 wheel drive was on" yep, I'd accidentally turned my 4 wheel drive on, so, to wrap this up, I got speedy, honest and inviting service, this is what we all want in a Mechanic, Bravo.

The gentlemen that work at this location are terrific!!!  They are very helpful every time I go in.  They explain all the areas they have checked and what will need servicing in the future.  They did the oil change for me and their mechanic came over and I explained the noise the car was making and he said that it might be a belt that needed adjusting.  He did it right there on the spot for me correcting the problem and equally as important relieving my concerns as this is the car my daughter drives.  I go out of my way to use this location due to the professionalism of Warren and everyone else who I come in contact with there.  I highly recommend them!

I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were very efficient and friendly.

It went well.  Very convenient and fast.  There's no hassle to get other services done and they were happy to fix my headlight for a small fee.  They always remind me of my return customer discount and apply it when available.  I enjoy their work and overall attitude.

I pulled in to have the work done very last minute. They got me right in. I have a fleet vehicle through my work and they quickly called my fleet manager to approve having work performed. I had a short window to get the work done and they were efficient, friendly and fast.

They were quick and efficient. They do a great job. Their location is very conventient. I can get in without an appointment which I really like. I pull up and I am taken care of in about 15 minutes. The two guys that work on my car are very informative and gave advice for future needs on my car.

I love them! They get me in and out in no time. They are professional, friendly, and I am very pleased with their service. I tell all my family members to go there as well. They never try to force any service you do not need on you. I highly recommend them.

She said they did a good job and she was satisfied. She felt safe with them. It took them about 20 minutes and she wanted in the waiting room. They were very quick.

I continue to use their service routinely. They have reasonably prices and they do a great job on my cars. I am able to bring my own oil that I like to use. I usually do not have to make an appointment, I can go right in. Everyone there is pretty professional.

They were fast and friendly.  We are new here, and my car needed an oil change.  I found the company on Angie's List.  The guys were nice and efficient.  They said I could wait in the car while they did their job.  So that was fine.

They were very nice and polite. They got the work done quickly. I usually could take my car right in without an appointment. I did not have to wait long, maybe 10 or 15 minutes at the most. They knew what they were doing and explained every thing to me.

I have used them at several locations and have been using them for years.  They are friendly, they don't try to upsell for things I do not need. They work extremely fast and do great work. They work very quickly and everyone is always very professional. I just go right in, I do not need an appointment.

They did some damage to my wife's radiator by accident and it took a lot of the radiator fluid out. I noticed it when my wife home from the appointment. When we went back to bring it to their attention, the owner was there and looked at it. He went ahead and authorized to put in a new radiator and he even paid for it. I thought that was great service. We were very happy that they took care of that problem right away.

They have great magazines in the waiting room. I do not have to wait long, maybe about 30 minutes total. I normally do not have to make an appointment. They have great professionalism. I dot have any complaints.

The experience was good. They were courteous and they were clean. They didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. 

From start to finish, in all the time I've been going to Express Oil Change of Cool Springs, they've always done right by me.  They do the work on my car expeditiously, get me out of there quickly, I never have to wait in line, and the one time the service I needed was going to take a while, one of the guys drove me over to the Starbucks so I could wait in comfortable surroundings.
There was only one time when I was unhappy with Express Oil Change of Cool Springs, but they went WAY out of their way to make it right.  I had no way to prove my suspicion that they had accidentally caused a problem with my engine during a routine oil change, so I didn't even try.  My husband glued back the broken part because we couldn't afford to fix it.  However, when I went back to Express Oil Change of Cool Springs after a long absence, they offered to fix it for me for FREE.  An independent quote I'd gotten for this repair was $500.  The manager even drove to my house the next day, picked up my car, took it to their shop for the repair, and then drove it back to me.
I'll be a customer for life of Express Oil Change of Cool Springs.  I can't recommend them highly enough.
