They have some employees that live on my street. I went and talked to them. They got the right guys together and did it. They fixed it in a day. I've been a contractor for a long time and if they don't go A all the way thru they get fired. This was a local visit to my basement and I watched them work. They told how they were doing what and what they were going to do and everything. I appreciate getting to express good work when it's done.

They sent 2 people to work on my dishwasher. I called at 10am, and they arrived at 2pm the same day! Quick response time, excellent service, great repair job! And because the job didn't require parts, they only charged me a small amount to cover the drive to my house and their time. I loved using Exodus and would recommend them to anyone!

Very prompt and professional

We began by reviewing the problems with the tenants and accomplishing a whole house plumbing survey. The priority was to restore full plumbing functions and then replace all plumbing hardware which did not support minor component repair. Joaquin's repair plan was reviewed with the tenants and they understood the problem and gave their full support. Note: The emergency response was justified, the blockage had escalated to 100% and manual draining was required to start the restoration. Plumbing problem #1 The blocked (combined kitchen sink and dishwasher drain) was manually drained and then cleared with a power router. Per a sink drainage test the drainage improved to 50%. Plumbing problem #2 The connected (hall bath room tub/shower and sink drain traps) were found partially obstructed along with the connection points to the main drain line. These problems were 100% cleared. No problem existed with the toilet drain. Note: The shower control valve (a prior known drip leak point) was scheduled for replacement. The sink control valve and drain trap hardware were scheduled for replacement. The toilet fill valve was also scheduled for replacement. Plumbing problem #3 The master bathroom sink drain was found to be partially obstructed. This problem was 100% cleared. No problem was found with the toilet. System drain test #1 Longest drain line (clothes washing machine) was tested and no problem found. Note: The washing machine drain bypassed all other drains except the Master bathroom.
