Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a really negative experience with them.  The car had nothing but gas fumes in it and the dashboard was in red and I couldn't distinguish that there was a decimal point involved and so actually I had .5 mile range instead of 55 that I first imaged it was. The car was filthy. When I got out on the interstate and past the point of no return, the warning light came on and I determined that there must be a decimal in there somewhere.  I called to ask them how the gas tank worked and the young lady I spoke with was not able to tell me. She eventually decided to tell me it was located on the passenger side and it went rapidly down hill from there.  There was a collision because of these people giving me a car with no gas and telling me the gas tank was on the wrong side. Later on I got out of that mess and got home and eventually it came time to purchase more gas and the door to the gas tank would not open. I was on the phone with Enterprise and this guy comes walking across the parking lot and was able to pry the tank door open with a knife. The Franklin office told me to go back to the Murfreesboro branch and swap out the car. When I got there to swap out the car they really didn't want to be bothered because it was the other people's paperwork.  When I turned the car in there was about 3/4 of a tank of gas in the car and they would not give me a gas ticket so I could go and get gas for my car. Then they lied and said that I refused the car they had ready for me and that was not the case.
