Efficient Movers

If we could give zero stars we would. Horrible experience. Really wanted to write a nice review but just can't. Here's why: 1) they were 9 hours late on the day they were going to move us which set us back by a whole day to start with (due to "truck problems") 2) they then took over three hours to load our stuff 3) they were late again on the next day moving us into our new place (by at least another four hours!) 4) this process made us upset, and we were thoroughly exhausted when we finally got moved in and had to start working the very next day (we had planned on having one day to move in and relax before starting work) 5) they broke our dryer legs and then tried to blame it on the person putting the dryer together (it had survived one move with no issues) 6) they broke at least two doorjambs in our new place (they fell off the hinges the day after we were moved in) 7) when i contacted them about a refund/reduced rate they said that it wasn't their fault and tried to blame everything on other people. 8) we just aren't happy at all and they have been hard to get ahold of since to get any kind of reduction in what we paid them. We really wanted this to work but it just didn't and we cannot in good conscious let them move anyone else without knowing that they aren't a good company to work with at all. They do not live by their "Satisfied or Free" on their truck.
